What type of Category 3 materials do you purchase?
Generally, fat free of tendons and skin, boneless, with a minimal amount of meat. Specifically, we purchase pork fat, beef fat, poultry fat, and mutton fat. We accept fat in frozen or chilled form..

What are the packaging and labeling requirements for the raw materials being supplied?
We provide our own containers (big boxes), which we deliver on a “full-for-empty” exchange basis. We will deliver empty big boxes to you and pick up the full ones using our own transport. We also accept frozen fat on pallets. Containers transporting Category 3 animal by-products must be clearly and legibly marked with the words “Not intended for human consumption.” They must also bear the label Category 3 animal by-product. What are the collection options? Does PEPITO offer its own transportation?
Throughout the EU, we coordinate shipping with trusted carriers to ensure that your products remain in optimal condition throughout their journey to us. If you prefer, you can deliver your materials using your own transport directly to our plant in Nymburk.
What is the standard turnaround time from placing an collection order to the goods being picked up?

- One-time pickup: Our goal is to ensure the highest possible quality of fat. And because refrigerated fat is perishable, we arrange for pickup at your location as quickly as possible (within a few days).
- Regular pickups: These take place at pre-arranged intervals.
What are the payment terms and due dates?
