What data we process and why
Enquiries and business communication
When you write to us through the contact form, the price offer form or the purchase price form, we process your name, company name, email address, phone number and whatever you write in the form. We use them to reply to you and to discuss a possible supply or purchase.
Legal basis: steps taken prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in business communication.
Retention: 24 months from the last communication.
Replies to job adverts
When you respond to one of our job adverts, we process your contact details and whatever you tell us about yourself or send us in your CV. We use them solely for the recruitment procedure.
Legal basis: steps taken prior to entering into an employment contract.
Retention: 6 months after the recruitment procedure ends. If you would like us to keep your details longer for possible future openings, write to us. In that case we will keep them on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Visiting our website
The website uses cookies and browser local storage. What it stores and how to change your consent is described on the Cookies page.
When a page loads, your browser also connects to the servers of Google, from which the website loads its fonts, the measurement script and, on the Contact page, a map. Your IP address is passed on in the process.
Legal basis: your consent for analytics and advertising; our legitimate interest in displaying and operating the website for fonts, the measurement script and the map.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with these processors and partners:

Enquiries and CVs are also processed by our email and IT service providers based in the European Union.
We also share data where the law requires it, for example with public authorities or the veterinary administration.
Transfers outside the European Union
Google LLC and Zenleads Inc. (Apollo.io) are based in the United States. Both are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission adopted an adequacy decision on 10 July 2023, recognising an adequate level of protection for personal data. From the website, only data related to your visit is passed to them.
Your rights
In relation to your personal data you have the right:
- of access to it and to a copy of what we process about you,
- to rectification if it is inaccurate,
- to erasure once the reason for processing has ended,
- to restriction of processing,
- to portability of the data you gave us,
- to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- to withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on consent; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

Do you have to give us your data?
Giving us your data is voluntary, no law requires it of you. Without it, however, we cannot reply to your enquiry or consider you in a recruitment procedure, because we would have nowhere to send our answer.
Automated decision-making
We do not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling that would have legal effects for you or similarly significantly affect you.
Effective date
This version is effective from 30 September 2026 and replaces the previous one. We publish any changes on this page.
