About us
Simply put, PEPITO is an expert in the processing and use of animal fats. And if we were to summarize it in a single paragraph? We are a company in the middle of a small European country, but we allow ourselves to think big – we keep sustainability in mind every day. We are a Czech processor of category 3 animal by-products. We refine and transform by-products into high-quality raw materials for customers from a variety of industries, which at first glance are very different from each other. Our material inputs are organic materials from the food chain, which often remain unused. At PEPITO these materials become a valuable commodity for producers of animal feed, fertilizers, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals or lubricants and fuels.
Production
Our production takes place in a modern factory in Nymburk, where we have the latest technologies for fat processing. We use a detailed processing process: cleaning → separation → heat treatment → detailed quality control.

We start by sourcing raw fats from our suppliers. These fats meet the criteria for category 3 animal by-products.

To ensure the highest quality and safety, these fats are processed in accordance with HACCP and ISO 9001:2015 certification.

At the end of the process, the fats are ready to ship to our customers in sectors such as soap making, cosmetics, pet food and biofuels. For them, we convert unused fats into valuable material inputs.

We hold ISO 9001:2015 certification, which guarantees quality process control and continuous improvement. We comply with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), which obliges us to constantly monitor the risks in our production. Both certifications confirm that we take our commitment to high quality and safety standards seriously.
