Organic fertilizers
Processed animal proteins contain high levels of nitrogen, phosphorus, and other minerals that are essential for plant nutrition. That is why they are excellent raw materials for the production of organic fertilizers. Furthermore, at PEPITO, we produce these raw materials from surplus byproducts of the food industry—by using them to make fertilizers, you contribute to sustainability.
The high and consistent quality of our products
- Compliance with EU Regulations: All of our raw materials and processing methods comply with the Regulation on animal by-products (EC 1069/2009). We use only Category 3 materials, which are approved for fertilizer production and subject to veterinary supervision.
- Processed Animal Proteins (PAP): They have a guaranteed nitrogen content. Strictly controlled heat treatment ensures their hygienic safety.Safety and reliability: We conduct regular chemical and microbiological tests, HACCP, and track the traceability of raw materials
Eco-friendly and sustainable production comes first
At PEPITO, we’re all about minimizing waste and maximizing sustainability. That’s why we use surplus byproducts from food production in our manufacturing process—byproducts that would otherwise go to waste. We transform them into valuable raw materials for other industries—including yours.
Why use PEPITO products in organic fertilizers?
