With every delivery you receive an invoice, a CMR consignment note, the commercial document for the transport of animal by-products and a supplier's declaration. On request we also provide tanker documentation, meaning a cleaning certificate or a record of the last three loads. In a tanker the fat is carried heated, so that it discharges at your site at a minimum of 60 °C.
